Terms of Service
1. Please do not rush me. I try my best to complete everything in a timely manner. Depending on the completexity of the commission I may take longer on yours. Average turn-around time is between 1-3 months, and this can be affected by my current queue as well as personal projects. If a deadline is assigned and agreed upon, additional charges may be added.

2. You may use your commission as icons, references, profile pictures/avatars, etc. but please be sure to credit correctly!

3. Although you are free to ask for an update when you please, make sure to check my Trello first! I update it regularly as I work as well as show you updates myself when I make progress.

4. Refunds are available if I have not started on the commission. However, if I have started, a certain amount will be deducted from the refund amount depending on how much I've completed. (Example: You asked for a full color, I did a sketch. Therefore whatever you paid I will keep the amount a sketch is worth based on my prices.

5. Please do not haggle with my prices. They are set in stone and I do not offer discounts unless I have an ongoing sale.

6. I do my best to complete commissions in order of payment, however if I happen to skip yours momentarily, do not worry! It may have just been too difficult in the moment but I will complete it!

7. Please be 18+ or older if you plan to commission lewd works.

8. My art may not be used as NFT work, commissioned or not. You cannot use it for merch and things alike without permission and proper payment. Details must be discussed. I DO NOT CONSENT to having my art being fed into ANY A.I. apps or programs for the purpose of training said program.
Terms of Adopt Sale
Once purchased, you may:
1. Alter the appearance and name/lore (if applicable)
2. Resell or trade if no longer desired.
3. Upload initially with some form of credit (not necessary per every upload)Once purchaesd, you may NOT:
1. Feed original art into AI databases.
2. Convert to NFT or anything similar.
3. Resell for higher amount than originally purchased despite having no additional value such as extra art.Should anything be violated, a seller beware will be released. You will also be added to my personal blacklist and blocked from future sales of any kind.

Styles
Humanoid
This style consists of human-like characteristics. I.e. Cartoony human facial structures and general anatomy with a personal flare to it. Certain features can be exaggerated when appropriate.
Sonic
This style consists of Sonic-esque characteristics. I.e. Larger heads, hands and feet, bean-shaped torsos with exaggerated features, a rounded and defined muzzle with eyes directly attached.
Anthro (Default)
This style consists of my own taste in characteristics. I.e. Average-sized heads, prominent snouts, humanoid-like facial features and usually more realistic anatomy. Some exaggerated features may be given.
Splatoon
This style consists of a combination of my own tastes plus canon Inkling/Octoling anatomy. I.e. Masks pertaining to the species chosen as well as the ears, anatomy can be lore-friendly or more realistic/human-like. It really depends what you're personally looking for.
